Overall, this Coachmen Freelander 30QB is in great shape. My family and I are only selling because we’ve outgrown this size and we’re looking to upgrade. Nothing needs to be done to this rv. It’s ready for camping today.

New tires, tinted windows, new faucets, new sewer valves, new coach battery, and all fluids were recently changed.

Some minor things that you may want to do, but not necessary: awning over slide out is torn and can be replaced, some of the storage door levers need repair(all close and lock now but some of the secondary levers are broke, lcd that counts generator hours is out, minor tears in driver seat.

Fridge, microwave, generator, coach a/c, water pump, water heater, coach heater, etc…all work perfectly.

Roof is in great condition with no leaks.
