This trailer is pretty much brand new, it was delivered to my house while our house was being re done. My initial plan was to stay in it during the construction but ended up going a different route and did not live in it. The kitchen and stove have never been used, and the only miles it has on it is from the dealership to my house.
Upon taking delivery of it I had two additional items professionally installed
1. Full automatic direct tv HD satellite
2. Sleep number custom king bed that was made to fit the frame on the trailer
