Outlook in excellent condition , One owner; owned and cared for by a certified RV Tech.  Single traveler no pets non smoking. Everything is in top running condition.  Comes with extended warranty which covers both exterior and interior paint fading along with rips or damage to upholstery.
The coach was used during RV school for assignments. All wiring systems have been thoroughly examined, along with the slide, AC optimized, and hot skin tested water connections. This little RV is ready for miles of trouble free use. The Owen 4000 generator has equally been cared for and has about 150 hours: with oil changed regularly and load exercised monthly. Added TV to the bedroom area.
There are multiple accessories I have including a tow bar and braking system that can be negotiated into the price.
