ROOMY BUNKHOUSE. Lots of upgrades and interior storage. We have a family of 7 and still do not fill up all the closets. Dual-pane frameless and tinted windows, four season rated, Dual A/C, washer/dryer prep, all roof vents have Maxx Air covers, upgraded Trail-air pinbox, upgraded Valterra valves, auto-leveling system, heated underbelly, Kitchen island, large double door refrigerator (gas/electric), 3-burner cooktop with oven, roof vent-fan in kitchen, 10 gal water heater (gas and/or electric) inside & outside microwaves, Outdoor kitchen, Party sofa with 2 stowable tables, 4 20lb Propane tanks, Dual batteries, 50 amp service (with adapters for 30 amp and 110), large shower w/seat & sky light, 40" TV with built in DVD player/stereo, 3 additional locations/hookups for additional TVs (master, bunkroom, and exterior), large lighted awning, G rated Goodyear tires.

The bunkroom has 3 bunks and 1 foldout sofa. There is a self-inflating air-mattress within the party sofa. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a Bamboo mattress topper (Very soft), 3 closets, and a dresser.

We just used this on a trip to Idaho in June, tempuratures got up well over 100 degress and A/C blew ice cold without any issues. We have also camped in sub-freezing temps and had no issues with the heater or water pipes. We had a multi-point inspection done this spring and everything passed, A/C, heater, water heater, water lines, refrigerators, freezer, propane lines, roof, etc. The trailer is approximately 11,440 lbs dry with a max GVWR of 14,600 lbs.
