New mattress,curtains, valances, outdoor kitchen awning, slide covers 2 A/C units, tiled back splashes ect. 5 year exterior protection coating and a 5 year interior bug control. Roof cleaned and sealed yearly. Still under warranty. Stays climate controlled at all times. Due to the 2020 pandemic it was only camped in 4 times. This also has 2 sofa options.
