Purchased new 3 years ago and only used 3-4 times per year. It's in great shape and very clean.

The battery is still good. Added a dual propane holder last year so that we could have the extra propane for our fire pit during the fire ban. We flipped the axel on it so it's a little higher and easier to get through the rougher roads for camping. The awning pole is bent from a wind burst, but it's a cheap fix if you want to use it and everything else, including the canvas, is in great shape. There is a heater that works great and the fridge works off of propane or battery with the flip of a switch. It does not have a toilet or shower.
