Our Coach is Back on the market, due to no fault of the coach. We had a family emergency that was prolonged and prevented to deal from being completed.

This is an awesome Newmar Ventana 3412. Note, it's not the Ventana LE. This is the premium package.

it's absolutely beautiful with exquisite cabinetry. And if you know Newmar, not only are they a top notch builder, but actually the inventor of the "slide outs".

The interior and exterior andrews in great condition. The coach handles like a charm. It has the "Comfort Steer", which is a Newmar feature, which absolutely helps to control the coach in high winds. Makes driving a dream. It also has the Freightliner V Ride chassis. So, no need to add an after market torsion bar.

Coach has the Oasis hydronic heater/water system. It provides continuous hot water as well as providing an alternative to heating the coach. So, no running out of hot water, like the Coach's with 10 gallon water heaters.

The coach is power by a Cummings 360 hp Diesel engine (800 pounds of torque). It provides a nice balance between power and fuel economy.

The coach has Electric induction cooktop, residential refrigerator, two 15,000 btu roof air conditioners/heat pump, and in addition to the TV's (livingroom with "Televator" and bedroom) it has a Dish stalitte dish and box.It is equipped with an Air Force One braking system and Sterling All Terrain tow bar.

If interested, we would entertain combining the purchase with our dingy. The dingy is a 2020 Jeep Cherokee "Trailhawk" version. Equipped with Remco base plates and Air Force One braking.
