2016 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2304DS

This lightly used trailer is in overall excellent condition. It has been well taken care of and we are only selling it to get a trailer with bunks. The trailer comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen size murphy bed and a U-shaped dinette that converts to a bed. There is a comfortable couch that is accessible when the murphy bed is stowed in the upright position. There is a LOT of storage throughout this trailer. The kitchen has a three gas burner range /oven, microwave, solid surface Corian counter tops, a large pantry, and multiple drawers/cabinets for storage. The bathroom has a large shower stall, good size sink with a medicine cabinet, and a large linen closet. The U-shaped dinette has a removable/folding table and has adequate storage in drawers underneath and multiple cabinets above. There is a large ward/closet under the TV area that can also fit bulky items. One side of the murphy bed has a tall ward and the other has cabinets/drawer with a night stand. There are two opposing slides that make for a very open feel while inside. On the exterior, the trailer has a large powered awning, multiple lights, speakers, tv mount, electrical plug, propane extension for BBQ hookup, outdoor shower, and multiple large storage compartments. The trailer has large holding tanks and propane capacity for its size making it a great option for dry camping. Additionally, this trailer comes equipped with a 165w solar panel and two 6v batteries (wired in series to make 12v), a custom bike rack mounted over the propane tanks (it has a 2" receiver that can accept other attachments), and two spare tires.
