This RV is huge! We lived in it for 2 years, but we just exited the military and are no longer moving around so we're looking to pass it on. Pictures show the little damage there is and it can easily be fixed. The vent fan in the hot hen also needs a new cover but that's only about 40$ to replace. Damage on the rear opposite door side is from being side swiped by another trailer while parked. Only cosmetic damage. Small bonds patch on front is just from a chip. Just needs sanded down. Exterior was nano sealed at the dealership which is supposed to be good for 6 years. Tons of storage and very comfortable. Automatic 6 point leveling system, just push a button and it levels itself. We have two littles and a dog. Will deliver with a down payment (within a days drive). Brand new steel belted tires(3k miles on them) outdoor kitchen, with awning. 2 a/c units, both work great and are "whisper quiet". Will include dehumidifier and macerater pump. Really Just looking to get payoff amount
