- x2 Slide Outs: Bunk Room has been reno’d into a walk-in closet. It can easily be used as a 2nd bedroom by removing the clothes rack. The 2nd slide out holds the couch and dining table/chairs.
- Couch (from Wayfair, 1 y.o.), dining table, dining chairs, and mattress (Amazon, 1 y.o.) can be included in the sale.
- Dining table and pink chairs same as pictured (can be included in the sale).
- Curtains and rug in main area will remain.
- Awning replaced last summer.
- Plenty of space to move around.

- Refrigerator and freezer (yes it’s pink lol but easy to paint if it’s not your color).
- Stove and oven both work great and run on propane which is great when there is no other power.
- Microwave and vent over stove.
- Furnace and A/C work great.
- The shower currently has a leak at the faucet. Water is kept off to the entire trailer to avoid it getting worse until a repair person can come out.
