Liquid seen in toilet is RV antifreeze. In lines when not used to keep seals from drying out. Trick I learned from a longtime RV'er.
2016 Arctic Fox 25Y hardly used.

Purchased it used from a dealer in Bend Oregon December, 2017 and immediately brought back to Arizona.
Still has new trailer smell.
Goodyear Endurance tires installed before leaving Oregon as the original ones were of an inferior brand.
There's an identical Goodyear spare not shown in photo. Goes on back. Temporarily removed to make more room in garage.
Coach batteries are 2 years old. I'll make sure 2 new ones are installed at time of sale.
