This is the Outdoors RV, Timber Ridge Titanium Edition. It is in excellent condition, slightly used and upgraded with a full solar system installed by the dealer. We have retired and will be buying a new motorhome to travel in so this one must go. The photos show all of the details.
We have used it for a total of 10 weeks over the last couple of years, mostly nearby forest camprounds, so the mileage is low and the tires are nearly new. We have owned many RVs over the years and this one is built like a tank. You can see the details at Outdoor RV's website, but what I can tell you is that things don't rattle loose and the insulation, dual pane windows and HAVC system keep this trailer comfortable in any weather.
We added custom pull out drawers in the pantry, 2 more fantastic fans in the bedroom and bath and reconfigured the undersink area to hold a tall garbage can. The dual 200w solar panels, BlueSky controller, 4 Interstate Deep Cycle 6V batteries and the 3000w inverter/charger are designed to power the trailer from shore or battery. We can run the TV, all fans and lights all afternoon and night and still wake up and run the microwave and toaster in the morning all from battery power - of course you will need at least some sun during the day but it only takes 4-6 hours of sun to fully charge the batteries after a full evening of entertainment and regular power use.
All of the components work perfectly, it has never been lived in or smoked in and the trailer has been spotlessly cleaned after each outing. The storage is good with the front pass through, underbed and under dinette allowing for lots of camping stuff. The Titanium upgrades are beautiful and useful, we especially like the lighted awning and the remote control for the powered stabilizer jacks, awning and slide-out and the added options of off-road suspension and water storage heat pads let you get into the back country any time of the year. The purchase price includes some option that you would normally have to purchase like the hitch, which is an Anderson weight distribution model that is highly rated (see photos). I am also including an extension power cord, the Lippert Solid Step installed and the original step (in pieces), as well as a few other bits and pieces that will make your camping fun and safe.
