This ain't your Grandad's Tiffin Allegro RED bunk model. No, 'cause it ain't got no bunks no more!

This is an amazing custom 39' floorplan RED. We ditched the bunks to make way for 2 built-in dog kennels, a 30-bottle wine fridge, extended pantry shelves, and an office equipment/supply bay big enough to hold a Brother (or sister) color laser multi-function machine. This goes hand-in-hand with an office space equipped with a large LED monitor on an adjustable arm and enough USB plug-ins to replicate any home (or office) office.

Every countertop has been replaced with a quartz-like solid-surface material, the kitchen sink has been replaced with a larger, single bowl farm sink, and the faucet has been replaced with a gooseneck sprayhead. All cabinet hinges, hardware, and plumbing fixtures have been replaced with brushed nickel. They look waaaay better than that boofy "antique bronze". Also has a residential fridge.

The bathroom underwent corrective surgery by narrowing the bulbous, bath sink "bulge-out" that prevented any normal person from sitting down and taking care of business without their knees touching. Ugh. You'll be in heaven from your very first sit. That's not a typo.

Proceeding to the bedroom, we have a nice Select Comfort mattress with a wireless controller and cushion topper. And a ceiling fan you'll almost never hit with your head or other body parts, depending on how you're configured. It comes with a stacked Splendide washer/dryer, too, hidden behind a sliding panel that screams "I'm hiding a Splendide washer and dryer!"

All carpeting and floor mats were replaced in November 2020 and all chairs were re-covered to match the sofas. All valances were redone to remove every trace of that hideous "white fabric/black cherry" motif. I swear, someone was on a bender when they nightmared that one up.

Mechanically, all is well. We installed a new Safe-T-Plus stabilizer, Roadmaster sway bar, Koni shocks, new Michelins, a TST tire pressure monitor system (will monitor the 2014 Honda CR-V toad, too--also for sale at $14,995).

Outside goodies include a macerator (never touch the poo poo slinky again!), a large capacity water softener, and electric power cord reel.

We love Buttercup and hate to see her go. We put our hearts and souls into her. Or at least a lot of money.

All custom work was done by a cadre of Red Bay craftsmen who were probably sober at the time.

Selling to continue the remodel on our new house. We'll be back in a couple of years.
