The RV always stored indoors since 2011.Paint is good,with a shine (not a sun bleached coach). A little graphic cracking.  57000 miles, with a 7.5k onan disel generator. reroofed last year.  2 AC units inside working good. dash ac just recharged. everything works great. new updated interior, and lighting (no more dated gold). removed fixed shower glass for more room shower curtain. 2 new TV. 4 hydraulic jacks. 2 slideouts. sofa sleeper has a air mattress,  lots of storage inside and out. leaving with the coach- BBQ w/tank, 2 folding chairs, camp trash and recycle cans, ice chest, easy up, fire wood, small ladder, 2 bottle jacks, tire covers, wheel stops, rv fans, camp light, and exhaust up pipe for the generator.  tires look good, but I would budget for new batteries they are 4/17.
