Everything is in working order with the exception of a hose that froze on the water pump and it leaks at the connection to the pump under the sink if the pump is on. There is no water damage, I just turned it on once and it was leaking so I turned it off and cleaned up the water. It's an easy fix, I just haven't had time to replace it yet. There is a small hole in the wall under the window by the chairs (you can just see it in the photos at the bottom of the blind) from where my motorcycle handlebar fell one time when I was taking off the straps. I also don't have the diamond plate seam cover from the ramp to the dining area. That got pulled off the first time I loaded my low rider in the trailer. Learning curves? There is also a little bit of rust on the stairs that you can see in the pictures.
Included are the hitch and stabilizer bars, hoses for black, grey, and water tanks, some camping gear if you want it.
