It is a 2017 Hemisphere Hyper Lyte, one of the most luxurious travel trailers made. It has two double beds, a dinette that makes into another double bed, and a Murphy queen bed. The Murphy bed has been upgraded to a house type queen mattress. So you could sleep as many as 8 people in this RV trailer. It comes with a house type 12v 10.7 cubic foot refrigerator, which allows you to carry a lot more food than an RV type fridge. Because a house type fridge runs solely off electricity, we added additonal AGM batteries to allow for off grid camping, without the necessity to plug in. To keep those batteries charged, we installed solar on the roof. The step that came standard was replaced with a much sturdier one to provide secure entry and exits. We had the dinette cushions covered to increase longevity and installed a slideout cover to provide protection to the slideout. The orignal batteries have been replaced, so all batteries are new.

This trailer includes an external kitchen with a grill, sink, storage, and a second, small refrigerator. The TV also fits the bracket on the outside of the RV for outside viewing. There are external speakers to provide exterior entertainment options.
There is a remote control that allows you to raise or lower the front and rear landing gear, move the slide in or out, etc. The hitch is also electric, to allow for easier hookups. And I will include a load leveling reciever hitch.
This trailer is prepped and ready to go. Purchase will be made via a wire transfer. I have a clear title, so once funds are verified, I can sign over.
