New tires and battery. As noted in photos, there is some water damage to Cabinetry and rear divider/table. I purchased this unit in 2019, but rarely used it, after deciding to use a trailer camper instead. With a little repair work on the interior, you can turn this into a fun camping and boondocking rig!
NOTE: The air conditioner is not blowing cold air and needs recharged.
