Hit the road in style! *this is a great unit in great shape, but I am motivated to sell - come buy it!*

This is a 1976 GMC motorhome, (more detailed timeline and upgrades moved to below). I purchased right before it rolled over and put 2500 miles on it this year. It was born a Glenbrook and has paperwork for the many things done over the years. Has a .30 over bored 455 with FI tech and and 3.42 final drive, headers, etc. Has disc brakes and larger master cylinder all around and has the reaction arm system, and external grease fittings for the bogeys. Has 6000 watt Onan generator, 2 rooftop AC units, dash AC works, propane, propane furnace, Norcold 2 way fridge, corian countertops, upgraded compressor and air bags in good shape. 16" 6 alcoa aluminum wheels. New sony big screen audio unit with back up camera and carplay and speakers. Tires are in excellent shape but somewhat aged. It also has mascerator. Vehicle "toad" tow package negotiable for additional $.
*(and I know I need to tighten the AC and ALT belts, but I just ordered new (wide) ones- thanks).

Timeline on major work done (miles as listed on paperwork):

1985: Transmission at 72,024 miles, with a bunch of other front end stuff in 1986.
1993: continuous wheel balancer,
1995: 6 discs Brakes 1995.
2002: Water heater.
2004: Spacers installed and a Norcold fridge and the steering box.
2005: Chuck’s speed center, Phoenix AZ, 11/07/05, @73,614 miles- engine rebuilt, 400 allison style converter installed. Cinnabar final drive and assorted front end parts 9/21/05.
2006: Alcoa wheels
2007: Onan (very) serviced; new Alternator and some new windows, brakes redone, transmission gone through some (converter).
2009: Power steering pump.
2010: Fresh water tank 2010, and shocks around then @ 89,780 miles
2011: Height control valve replaced, Tires @ Costco 6/5/11.
2012: Reaction arm system installed.
2014: Tires coded 1814 (so I believe they were made the 18th week of 2014)
2016: FItech and side body vents 6/30/16
There are hundreds of other service records and other items included as well, I just tried to list what I thought were the big items.

Added photos of (excellent) frame and roof.

Chassis mileage is 102,600, but mostly everything in the drivetrain is under 30k miles, most being far under that.

Motivated to get it out and in use in others capable hands.
