2016 fuzion 345 chrome edition. 12ft garage. I'm selling this nice toy hauler that was my parents. They have passed away. So I'm asking for $57995, pay off is $62k Which i will be covering the difference. It has the chrome package added on, which i believe included the 4 season insulation. This was only used a hand full of times when they bought it up in the mountains. It has sat for the last 3 years, but maintained. A lot of generator hours you see in the picture are from running it every month to keep it up and running since it has sat. Batteries have been maintained as well and always kept charged. 2 AC units have also been maintained and kept running. Has​​ 6pt auto level, 2 30lb propane tanks. Everything well kept and not abused very well taken care of. Comes with both camp reclining chairs that came with the trailer as well as the steps you can use for the ramp door that turns into a back patio. They also had a satellite dish with stand and locator that will be included along with other misc items. Central vac. Back up and inside garage wireless camera with monitor included. Also all tires were replaced less than 2 years ago to start going camping again, but then covid-19 started, they were never driven on after install.
