The trailer Spree Model 321 BHS is in very good condition with a new awning, receintly replaced tires and water heater. We used this mainly for a few local trips. All mechanical systems are in good working order. Unit includes a Reese hitch/sway/levelng system, two batteries, two 30# propane tankes, one roof top air conditioner, radio/DVD player and TV.
