4 slides, (Kitchen 6’, Bedroom 6’, both sides of living room 6’ & 10’) all slides work great.
The entire camper is in stellar condition.
I had the camper exterior Buffed detailed 2 months ago, It looks fabulous,
No leaks in plumbing, no leaks in roof, NO water damage.
The bottom support poles for the awning need to be replaced; this is the only thing that needs to be done.
ALL 4 leaf springs have been replaced 10/15/20 with upgraded leafs.
Tires were replaced 8/20/20 with 14ply radial trailer tires, less that 5k mi on them.
42” Vizio smartTV in living room and 19” TV in bedroom.
Electric fireplace, is enough to keep propane use low,
Furnace is Propane and works great,
Hot water heater is Propane OR electric.
Water pump works good,
DC inverter works great,
Central Vacuum with all hoses,
All DC Lights have been converted to LED before I Bought it,
Refrigerator works just fine and need nothing,
Central AC is in great condition serviced last year, and keep the camper cool,
There is another spot for a second unit to be added, although this camper only came with one unit, If I were planning to keep this camper I would add a second AC in the front,
The roof has had a THICK aftermarket coating placed on it before I bought it, It’s in great shape,
I have removed the crappy love seat that came with the camper and replaced it with Dual leather recliners, 2 rocker/recliners with ottomans, a Kitchen table and 4 chairs,
