We thoroughly cleaned the black tank after each trip by carefully filling it and dumping it multiple times. This trailer does not have that black tank cover up smell that a lot of used campers have. We garage kept this at all times. The only time this has been outdoors is when we were actively using it. We pull this with a 2 wheel drive Tacoma and it tows great! It’s extremely easy to pull through gas station and back into tight camping sites yet plenty of room inside for 2 adults. The slide out is easy to extend and retract during rest stops for bathroom access. The 12volt fridge was great for long trips. We thought we’d miss having a second battery and propane can but never had a need for more than one. The stove had a gas leak which was fixed in 2020 by Southland RV in Atlanta and no issues since. has been an amazing travel trailer. Selling for financial reasons. Some things to note:
1. The handle to release the fresh water has broken off. It can still be opened and closed with a tool but really should be replaced.
2. The knob for ignition falls off the stove during travel, so we put the knob in a drawer next to the stove.
3. Stain on the wall panel in the bathroom. This was there when we bought the trailer and we overlooked it in the walk through.
4. Small plastic trim piece missing on one of the bedroom windows. Minor issue, but still wanted to list it here.
