We bought this trailer to use as guest accommodations on a ranch property in the hills above Morro Bay, California. The trailer was delivered directly to the property and has remained there ever since. That is, virtually no mileage. As much as we love the trailer, it's a bit small for our purposes and we are selling it for that reason. Trailer condition: perfect.
