This is a 2003 Winnebago Adventurer 35U with a Allison transmission and 8.1 liter Workhorse engine. The RV has a new roof with a lifetime warranty. Generator has been rebuilt and is an Onan 5500 (powers the entire coach). Water heater element has been changed and the water heater was flushed out. Both Air Conditioners are cold and heat pump works as well (installed a new thermostat and changed all of the starting capacitors). It has 2015 Toyo Tires. Also has an electric awning with Weather pro installed. Include a surround sound system that switches between TV and Radio. Engine has 75,000 miles. We recently purchased new flooring for it but haven’t installed yet due to time constraints. Rear bedroom slide works perfectly and living slide makes a noise when it retracts. Installed a new transmission cooler. Installed 6 new batteries within the last 6 months and installed the main engine battery within the year. The coach has a Xantrex 1800 watt inverter. Née water pump. New control board for the Norcold refrigerator and new spark sensor and ignitor. New HID lights and led fog lamps. Changed all Interior lights to LED. Propane oven with cooktop works perfectly. Upgraded bathroom faucet to American Standard unit. Kitchen gas water filtration system. Hi Has an outside radio, speakers, and TB stand. Microwave and fridge work fine. All bath fixtures work. Toilet seal replaced in 2020. We changed the blinds to roller shades and kept the front curtain as it came by the factory. Selling the coach at a discounted price due to the noise made when the living room slide comes (slide needs new slide guides). I always used Mobile 1 Fully Synthetic oil for all oil changes. All grease fittings have been lubed, transmission fluid serviced, wheel bearings oil is at the correct level, in addition to all other fluids.
