Only used on one 1300 MILE trip after purchase in August 2020!!!!! Comes with an 84 month 100,000 mile RV Protect coverage at the Ultimate coverage level with the Luxury option. This coverage even includes a broken windshield!! WE DO NOT NEED TO SELL but our situation has evolved and it is better to let someone enjoy this beautiful coach rather than let it sit 360 days a year. There is nothing wrong with this coach at all. Full wall slide-out model makes it very roomy inside. Two Samsung TV's one that raises and lowers next to the dinnet and one in the bedroom. Tons of storage both inside and out. The oven and cook top have never been used!! Upgraded generator and electrical systems are great. 50 amp electrical system with an automatic switch system. The slides physically lock for additional security while traveling. Cooktop, refridgerator, bathroom and bedroom are accessible while traveling or stopped for a quick lunch break. Fully self contained unit for boondocking We added an air compressor and hose to reach all tires. Upgraded wifi and sound systems. Included is a brand new unopened $700 full cover. If wanted, there is an extra 100# propane tank with associated transfer valves that allow for longer stays without needing to move for propane. This coach has full body paint, not decals. We were specifically looking for an entry level model of a high-end manufacturer. Newmar is truly a wonderful coach manufacturer.
