Several interior upgrades in last three years greatly increased interior utility, kitchen storage and comfort.

• Almost new washer and dryer.
• Uncomfortable dinette replaced with BraddandHall.com RV dinette and computer credenza, four folding chairs, and four drawers. Table has hidden leaf, seats four.
• Replaced two recliners with new more comfortable models sold in higher end Newmar coaches.
• This coach is a work-from-home second home. We replaced sleeper couch with 30” x 72” custom built desk and four drawers, including two deep pan drawers.
• Added three pantry drawers for a total of seven next to Maytag refrigerator.
• Upgraded diesel engine connectors to fuel injectors replaced and upgraded in December 2020.
• New Michelin tires May 2020; about 5,000 miles. Left rear tag tire is older because new tire was destroyed by a big hook and the tire shop only had an older replacement tire that is still good.
• House batteries are about two years old. All diesel fuel injector connectors upgraded in late 2020.
• Roof totally resealed March 2020.

Will sell 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (white) that is equipped with Air Force One for towing with this coach. It received a major overhaul in 2018.
Both vehicles have been in fender benders that did not affect their safety or functionality.
