This a 31ft Class C motorhome made in 2012 (model year) by Adventurer LP in Washington State, on a Ford E-450 chassis with the 6.8L V10 EFI engine. It's very clean inside and out, no excessive wear and tear. The vehicle has been maintained and serviced on a regular basis, no known issues, it's good to go. In addition to the usual amenities and features, such a full-size bed in the rear, fridge&freezer, microwave, cook-top and an oven, this motorhome also features a slide-out. The larger floorplan allows for an actual "bedroom" with a sliding door, the vanity area of the bathroom can also be closed off.

The air-suspension makes for a smooth ride, we just had an alignment done and the vehicle has several new tires.

We made sure there are no mechanical issues we also did some cosmetic work such as cleaning and/or re-sealing caulking all around the vehicle. It has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
