Owned for 12 years, used every year to the desert and beach camping. Made the old way, sturdy and solid. Everything works. Have 12 years of service records for you to access. RV Specialist will confirm. Just replaced main Awning and both slide outs, sealed roof, and serviced stabilizers. Carpet is the only thing worn. Took very good care of it. Lots of storage , 3 Tv's with DVD, satillite ( never used), 2 units for air and heat. Kitchen, dual sink, gas oven and stove with 4 burners, freezer, refrigerator, pantry and good counter space. Living area sits 10 comfortably with leather couch and captain chairs. Great RV and has given us great memories and has many more to go They DON'T make them like this to last !!!!
