This modern style mid roof transit has a bed for Two, has a foldable table, a Smart TV, a 7-gallon water tank, a Fridge, a cold water shower, an air fan, LED lighting, and plenty of storage. The van was previously a fleet car with only 21k miles, but the conversion is all brand new.

It has a clean title and comes with registration up to Jan 2022 and three brand-new batteries. A/C blows ICE cold and the heater works great. Rear Cabin has its own separated cooling and heating system. Everything in the build is new. Here is an in-depth list of things that were done in the conversion:
