Puchased new in June of 2020 and was lived in for 5 months. Length is 39'6" with 3 slides and GVWR is 14,000lbs. This is the Costal Cottage package. This RV has the electric 4 point leveling system, power anwning with LED Lighting, king size bed, theatre seating, stainless steel residential refrigerator. There is a 15,000 BTU A/C and a 2nd 13.5 BTU A/C in the bedroom. There is an HDMI Entertainment center with TV and electric fireplace. There also is an outdoor convenience center with a mini fridge and cabinets. RV has a Goosebox for towing and we also have the original 5th wheel hitch if needed. Everything works great and rv is still like brand new.
