34' travel trailer camper with the living space and comforts of home. Great tank capacities for dry camping, including separate 43-gallon grey water tanks for the bathroom and kitchen. The opposing slides really open up the living area with an impressive kitchen island and hutch giving the feeling of a studio apartment. Having owned campers since 2004, the Grand Design build quality is very good.

When we special-ordered this unit we added a second A/C dedicated to the bedroom and swapped the booth dinette for free-standing table and chairs. I also swapped the standard toilet for a residential style, elongated, porcelain unit with hand sprayer. It is nicer than the toilet in your house.

Also for sale is our tow vehicle, a black 2005 Chevy Suburban 2500 LT with the 8.1 liter engine. Only 125k miles and, like all my vehicles, it is in excellent shape both cosmetically and mechanically. I have not listed it for sale yet because I cannot sell it before the camper sells. If you are interested you can see it when you tour the camper.

The unit is winterized. I am happy to de-winterize if requested by the buyer.
