Reason for selling: We are a retired couple that lived full-time in the unit for over 3.5 years and enjoyed traveling and seeing the sights. The unit is in the Little Rock Arkansas area and appointments can be made for viewing.
The unit is fully functional with one exception. The tank level indicators do not work properly. We do not know what the problem is, we never really used them anyway.
Minor cosmetic damage to LR vinyl caused by slide. The slide was adjusted and has not caused any further issues.
All original manuals and instructions are included.
The bedroom was carpet upgraded 6 months ago. Slide carpets recently cleaned.
We are the original owners, non-smokers.
