Our 30 Foot, Class A Motorhome has ~56K miles, is a GM Workhorse 8100 engine with a single, large slideout. The two front chairs turn around to add seating when camping. The dinnette and couch fold down to make additional sleeping areas. The couch has 3 seatbelts for safe travels and there is an additional swivel chair in the living area. The storage underneath is large and spacious with individual lights within each storage section. There is a hitch for bike racks or towing. There is obvious use throughout as you can see with the spots in some areas on the carpets. All the seating areas are in excellent shape with no tears or stains. The mattress is an upgraded, less than 1 year old, temperpedic style mattress. The shower has a raised ceiling to make even taller campers comfortable. We have been doing small maintenance upgrades and everything is in good condition. The house AC blows cold and you can run it while driving to keep everyone comfortable as it uses the generator. It is a must see for future fun camping trips.
