On June 9th 2021 it was thouroughly cleaned and the roof was conditioned with "rubber roof" to keep it protected from the sun. This is an excellent 2017 Montana 3711FL 5th wheel that has only been used from Atlanta Georgia to Myrtle Beach in SC and Atlanta GA to Panama City Beach in FL on only 10 trips therefore it has been used very lightly by me and my wife and occassionally a nephew mainly to take us to beach resorts which is our interest. As a result it is in exellent condition. Everything works and plenty of the RV's numerous features have never been used. It is clean and odor free and never had any pets. We recently replaced the tires with the great Sailun heavy duty tires, we also just replaced the fridge with a residential one from Home Depot. The main TV on the televator in the living room and in the master bedroom are also newly replaced. This Montana Fifth Wheel is ready to be hauled to any destination right now. It has been stored at our home next to the main house so it is well protected. We have thoroughly enjoyed using it but are now ready for other adventures.
