This beautiful RV is in excellent condition and everything works!
31 Ft. double slides and very roomy with awning that covers both doors. We love the "Rear Living" area with dual Rockers and huge scenic window. This model has a private bedroom with private bathroom entrance and comfortable bed. We originally purchased to park at our son's out of state home for when visited but have no where to park it any longer. We would love to keep it but have no way to tow it. This is under an extended warranty so every little thing has been fixed and maintained. Lots of extras like portable rolling sewage tank, extra sewer hoses, all the top of the line electical cords and adapters. Ther is a small tear in floor vinyl where the slider got caught on a screw.
