We purchased this RV three and one half years ago from an outfit in Houston who refurbished RVs. They put purgo flooring into it and cleaned up the paint. It has a new microwave and two new 15K Heat Pumps (replacing the AC units) with a new temperature control unit that utilizes the heat pumps (2) and gas heaters (2) for heating and cooling the unit. The batteries (4) are new (400 Amp hours on house & two 875 cold cranking on Diesel). I've lived in this unit for the last three years working on travel in Tucson, AZ. Everything works and is well upkept. The unit is set up in Tucson Medows.
