This camper is the Palomino Badlands edition still under full factory warranty until 10/21/2021. The Badlands edition came with a 100 Watt Solar Panel on top and one Interstate Battery. I added another 100 Watt Solar Panel and another battery, giving this camper 200 Watts of Solar with 2 interstate batteries. It has a charge controller inside with posts to connect more solar panels on the outside of the camper. I chose to stay with the DC power instead of adding a DC to 110 converter. Almost everything in this camper can be run off DC power. On the back of the camper I added a TorkLift lockable swing arm tray ($1200.00) to carry a generator or BBQ, and light weight aluminum Torklift lighted steps ($400.00). This heavy duty tray & steps comes with the camper but not the generator in the photo. I added one AC outlet and a DC charge port with slots to plug in a phone or computer charger that is conveniently located under the dining table. This is truly a rig that you can take off grid for as long as you want. I haven’t had any warranty work done to this camper as everything works great. It has two ceiling fans that kept the camper cool when it gets hot outside. All in all this is a great rig for whatever type of camping you want to do. The dinette makes into a bed and can fit a person about 5’5” tall. I’m 5’3” tall and I fit great. You won’t be disappointed with this camper. This will be my 3rd Palomino Truck Camper. The first two were pop-ups and I loved all of them. I have never had one issue with any of the Palomino Campers I’ve owned, ever!!
