Purchased brand new on 1/31/2020 at Galpin RV in Cottonwood and it has traveled less than 20 miles. Included is an extended warranty ($3495) which can be tranferred (or not). If you prefer not having the warranty then price will lower. Also included is the Xzilon protector ($3495) for the outside of the rig along with all inside fabric and carpet. This prevents fading and protects against the elements. This warranty is also transferrable and is included. It also has a manufacturer's 24 month structure warranty and 12 year roof warranty. A few things I enjoy are the master bedroom with queen bed and lots of closet and drawer space, the roomy bathroom which has a stand up shower with skylight, the outside shower, the bunkroom I used to store my bikes (with the bike door), all the space in the living area, and the outside kitchen which includes gas grill, stove, and fridge. It is hooked up at Sedona View RV Resort which really has incredible views (There is no lease or obligation to stay). It is very well maintained and in excellent condition. Non smoking. The oven, outside refrigerator, and grill have not been used. The electric 21 ft awning is in great shape. I have regularly treated the tires and kept them covered. It comes with a surge protector, heated hose, water filter, water PSI regulator, two sets of keys, large outside all weather area rug, tire covers, tire chucks, 2 water hoses, septic hoses and accessories, propane tanks, and all paperwork that came with purchase. It has full aluminum frames and laminated fiberglass sidewalls to make for a sleek and sturdy unit to last you a lifetime. The A/C unit is 13,500 BTU, it has a quick recovery auto ignition gas/electric water heater for a hot shower. Between the two LED TVs, multi-directional antenna, the WiFi ranger WiFi booster sky 4, and the multi zone stereo (including outside speakers), DVD/CD/AM/FM/MP3 player hook-up and Bluetooth control, you will have plenty of options for entertainment. It also has solar and back up camera capability.
