Some very, very minor cosmetic wear... if your “picky”, but otherwise Outstanding, condition.

Comes with lots of accessories including 6 Anderson blocks. Two 30-gallon fuel tanks... one has 30 gallons of Blue-Fuel in it, etc.

I mean no disrespect or insult to anyone... but this is a Grand Design Momentum, not a $275,000 Luxe that also weighs 26,000+ pounds. It’s a very nice luxury class RV. It is an RV, not a house. It’s not built to house/residential construction and as such, it’s got lots of things to decrease its weight (hollow core doors, light weight faucets/sinks, etc., like other luxury toy haulers). It’s very well made and still has a GVWR 20,000. I weighed it mostly dry and it was still over 16K pounds. 

Even so, this RV cannot be towed by a 1/2 ton pick up. Even a 3/4 ton with significant upgrades like airbags is probably insufficient.  Please make sure your pick-up/tractor is rated and/or equipped to tow something this big and heavy.

Again, I mean no disrespect or insult. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time when this is clearly not the RV for everyone.

It is an awesome, very well built RV for the under $150,000 price point with incredible options and a super fun floor plan. Other than the Luxe, it’s the only RV out there with 3 slides and a side deck. It’s ready for a lot of fun, especially with it’s  2  “party decks.”
