Bunkhouse in back with seporate Master bedroom in front which has its own 1/2 bath. U-shaped Dinette, USB outlets, Extra outdoor kitchen with beverage fridge, sink & 2 burner cooktop, Full bathroom with tub/shower combo with its own outside entrance (great for getting streight into the shower when dirty/wet). Outdoor shower too.
Sleeping options: Queen bed with 3" foam topper added in Master. Dinette and living room sofa convert into additional sleeping spaces. Bunkhouse in back has 2 elevated bunks, plus sofa that folds down into bed and a foam "trundle" that can be pulled out onto the floor (or put on top of the sofa as we did for nicer sleeping space.) Options added: "extreme weather" package, "secure step" on main entrance, electronic stabilizer jack (rear), 12v 10cf refrigerator, Solid surface Counter Tops & sink covers, 15K BTU A/C and prewired/braced for 2nd AC if you need it later (you will not), 50 Amp service and Exterior Ladder attached, Prewired for backup camera. Wineguard Wifi/LTE extender installed, 50" smart TV in living room. Flush mounted 1 cu ft safe to store laptops, cash, wallets installed under master bed and accessable from the side without lifting the bed.

We lived in this and slow traveled, worked, & homeschooled for about 7 months. Still in great shape with just a few scratches inside. Great unit and being sold ready to drive away on your adventure the day you pick it up. All power cords, power adaptors, fresh water hose, clean out hose, dump hose and extension, Kingpin Lock, Wineguard WIFI/4g LTE extender, 50" TV in the living room, sound bar, outdoor speakers. The best part about us having lived in it as we worked out all the new build "kinks" so you can be confident taking your family straight out on the road. (like the water heater wire being faulty on day 3. that was a cold shower week. But those kind of things happen in new units and take time to work out.)
