Perfect condition. Upgraded Queen bed. Look on youtube under the make and model to see video tour by manufacture.  Has fireplace, 2 AC’s, large shower separate gray for bath and kitchen. 3 slide outs. Large island kitchen. 2 recliners and a full pull out sofa. Dining table with chairs. Out side offers lots of storage. Also outdoor entertainment with Stove, microwave, refrigerator, stereo, and TV. 
Sleeps like a dream. Cold AC’s. Self leveling. Wife wanted lake house, I gave in. Best VRBO I ever owned!
