Very clean and well-maintained coach. Recently purhcased, but girlfriend decided she loves RV'ing and wants more sleeping room for grandchildren! Camping World performed 45 point inspection after I purchased and only recommended servicing slides and resealing roof which I had them do. Only 22,500 miles. First owner replaced tires last year. Great floor plan with queen size bed, TV and full bath in bedroom and half bath in living area. Has L-shape sofa that converts to bed in living area with TV and electric firepace that can provide heat. Kitchen has granite, double sinks, microwave convection oven, gas stove and full-size residential refrigerator. Bench seating at kitchen table that converts to a single bed. Lots of cabinet and storage space. Washer/dryer hookup available. Outside entertainment center with awning with recently replaced canvas. Ohan generator has been routinely serviced and well-maintained. Two A/C units, electric and propane heat. Recently replaced engine battery, auxillary batteries replaced last year. This coach is truly in excellent condition.
