We purchased this rig new . It was made before the pandemic hit and quality control went out the door . Has only about 1500 miles on it . Still has the factory Westlake G rated tires . Which are a very good tire . It is generator prepped . But doesn't have the onan generator . We have a very good Ryobi 4000 watt inverter generator that will come with it . Very nice light generator . Has less than 5 hours of actual use . Does not have slide toppers . Washed and waxed regularly . We did take out one of the two sofa sleepers and installed a desk which will go with the rig . This rig has an enormous amount of storage and I mean enormous . It has dual 27 series batteries in parallel . Located in northwest Tn. Also comes with a 65" Samsung smart tv and TaoTronics sound bar and an added detachable mantle that is 6" wide . Electric fireplace works great as does the heat pump on the main a/c . There's a second a/c in the bedroom . Has a fantastic fan in the kitchen and bathroom . This rig is ready to go . Before we made our purchase we had an independent inspection done . Grand Design is known for its quality and this rig is a shining example of their quality . We had our dealer install a new Splided stackable washer and dryer . They both work great and will come with the rig . Also included is installed rear view and two side view cameras .
