This is a beautiful, hard to find luxury 5th wheel that is fit for family that is looking for comfort and room. Not only is it 40' in length, there are 4 slides for spacious outdoor living. Plank floors throughout except carpet in master.

What also sets this 5th wheel apart is the second bathroom in the bunkhouse. There is a rear corner bath with a full toliet and sink.The bunkhouse has triple corner bunks that can comfortably sleep up to four, and also has two leather bench seats and a table that make a great space for kids or guests to spread out and enjoy a meal or game.

The center living room has an oversized leather sofa that can be broken down into a queen size bed (matress needed, and not included). To add to the comfort of the living space, there is a sizeable tv, tv antenna, DVD player, DVD Theater System, and a very comfortable electric fireplace. There are huge overhead storage spaces and additional cabinets and spaces throughout. Storage, storage, storage in this amazing trailer!

The master has a very comfortable king size bed and tons of room for storage. There is a full rear wardrobe and mirrored wardrobe. There are also hookups for tv and a seperate temperature control (currently only set for AC). The master bath has a side aisle bath with shower and again, storage!

The kitchen is probably one of the best parts of this entire trailer. There is a Norcold 4 Door Refrigerator- it is huge, more room than many home refridgerators that are around. A 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, composite countertops, free standing dinette, a huge pantry that can hold a washer/dryer unit (available if interested).

That isn't all though, there is an entire outdoor kitchen on the side of the trailer, with fridge and outside grill. There is also an outside shower as to not track mud or whatever else can come back from an adventure. This trailer has barely seen any road time or any wear and tear from a camping adventure.

Some other awesome features are double awnings, air and hydrolic level, power vent with rain sensor, aluminum wheels, dual ducted AC, RVIA Seal. Electric and Gas Water Heating options, and my absoulte favorite- a solar charging system.
