This 5th wheel has been well maintained. It is a wonderful unit for camping or perfect for full time living. It has a large living room that can comfortably seat 6 people, a separate kitchen area with an island and a king size bed in the bedroom. It also has a large amount of basement storage.

The bedroom includes washer/dryer hookup, large mirrored wardrobe, king bed, HDTV, 2 drawer dresser, under bed storage and a separate AC unit.

Outside you will find multiple storage compartments, 6 point hudraulic auto leveling, fiberglass exterior, a rear ladder and large elctric patio awning. All 5 slideouts have slideout awnings. 3 of the slideouts have window whades. All the glass on the unit is tinted. There is a 12 gallon gas/electric hot water heater, 35,000 btu furnace, 30,000 btu dual whisper quiet AC system with 16,500 btu heat pump on main AC.

I had a custom skirt made for the 5th wheel (RV Skirting in Peyton, CO) which will be coming with the unit.
