Such a nice pop-up! In nearly perfect condition. I only used it once last year and hate to sell it. But, being a single mom with a toddler it can be a task setting it all up when you go somewhere. I'm the third owner and we have all taken excellent care of it. It really has a lot of room for storage, dining, cooking and sleeping. Some of my favorite features are the heated mattresses, the slide out kitchen outside, the bathroom with a shower and of course the slide out.
