If you are first timers or seasoned RVers who are looking to downsize to a Class C-24 ft RV that drives like a van instead of a bus, then this is the one for you. This like new (7,911 miles) 2014 Itasca Viva 23B, made by Winnebago, is on a RAM 3500 PROMASTER chassis that gets 14 to 16-mpg on regular gas. It has been stored inside our storage facility since purchased. We are the second non-smoking owners, and as you can tell by the mileage, for the most part we’ve only used it close to home. It is easy to maneuver and the tight turning radius makes it easy to park in shopping center or fast food parking lots.

Rear entry allows for an expanded galley, 6 ft couch and separate dinette. Between the “StudioLoft” bed, that will hold 450 pounds, and the Flex Bed System you have several comfortable sleeping options. The couch and dinette form 2 sleeping surfaces or can be combined to form a king sized bed. The motorized "StudioLoft" queen-sized bed lowers to create another spacious level for sleeping. It has seating for 6 with 2 three point seatbelts in the forward facing dinette seat, 2 lap belts on the couch plus the driver’s and passenger’s seats, which also swivel to become part of the living area of the Viva.

The Viva is powered by a Pentastar 3.6L V6 generating 280-hp with a front wheel drive 6-speed automatic 62TE transmission and a 220-amp alternator. The exterior width is only 7' 6" with spacious 6' 7" interior height. Great visibility for driving thanks to the low belt line of the windshield and side doors, electrically controlled large side mirrors with defrost and a rearview color camera. It is equipped with a trailer hitch (2000-lb drawbar/200-lb. maximum vertical tongue weight) and 7-pin connector. It has large freshwater (27 gallon) and black/gray holding tanks (40/32 gallons), heated drainage system, a spacious shower w/retractable self cleaning shower screen, pantry, lots of storage, 2 burner stove, microwave, double sink, water filtration system, single door refrigerator/freezer, 2 TV’s (19”&26”) LCD stereo, 2 radio stereo systems w/exterior speakers, a 2,800-watt Onan gas generator, roof mounted 13,500BTU air conditioning, gas forced air furnace, continuous hot water heater 2-powered roof vents (bath & galley) and much more.
