The heater first sends heat across the tops of the water tanks before it reaches the living space keeping both comfortable down to these low temps. The Air Conditioner is upgraded to 15,000 BTU to provide cool comfort in sweltering summers.
This floorplan has a dedicated dining table and chairs instead of the usual booths, and a faux leather couch to enjoy family conversation time or watch the big HDTV. The pop-up antenna does a great job getting entertainment on the road or enjoy a DVD in the built-in surround sound home theater. This floor plan allows access to the bedroom and bath even if the slide-out is in allowing a pull over nap on long legs of travel.
This trailer has seen only a few trips from Missouri to Minnesota (first owner sold because they weren’t using it enough), and the second owner has used it as a primarily stationary home for extended visits with new Grandson.
