This is a beautiful, 2009 Adventurer with less than 20,000 miles. We are the second owners and have all the records from the first owner. Currently in Monterey, CA. We lived full time (with two home offices) for six months, traveled cross country and then some broken legs, some cancer and a pandemic have led us to modify our traveling style. Microwave that is also convection oven,
Separate spout on sink for filtered water from the park water source.
Heat pump - when propane fueled, a heat pump blows hot air up from the floor vents, everything is toasty.
House model air conditioning - you sacrifice a storage bin, but it keeps the whole RV cooler, with greater efficiency.
Hookups for a combination washer/dryer in the bedroom. Always thought we would add a washer, but turns out that wasn't the time saving convenience missing for our lifestye.

The things I love:
In the living area, the sofa and the stove are on slide-outs -- this double slide-out design gives the "living area" more space.
Generous counter space -- I cook, and appreciate every available inch of counter top.
Toilet is in a segregated space with a door. Shower and sink are across the hall.
Both driver and passenger seat swivel back -- with the chair and the sofa, you can have an comfortable grouping of five people.
Fridge, heat and hot water can all run on electric or propane.
Small solar panel provides a steady charge (sun willing) to the house batteries.
Has both satellite and cable hookups. When we were six months in one spot, we purchased our own cable subscription and had great wireless internet access.
