On board generator, 2 ac units that blow cold, all new suspension and leaf springs, tires have 2 camping trips on them,2 50gal water tanks. Trailer is ready to go. Generator was serviced few months ago with nee governor installed. Have all receipts of work done in past year. Not original owner but original owner is family member so we have been in this Trailer its entire life. New couch and 2 new mattresses. Garage has bunk beds and a booth that fold to be as well. All lights LED. Very big open floor plan inside to accommodate guests and not be crammed in like these newer trailers
